Who's it for?

People who want to lose weight and are at the start of their fat loss journey.

Experience Level?

Designed for those with a little experience in the gym to no clue at all. We walk you through the ‘how’ and ‘why’ basics to make sure you’re training safely.

What's Involved?

3 strength training days and 3 cardio based days per week, planned out to optimise results and recovery between trainings.

How Long Is Each Level?

Each level includes 2×4 week cycles of training to keep you constantly progressing in both your strength and aerobic fitness.
