No. Your personal health and fitness goals don’t have to be the same as or even within a cooee of your training partner’s. We always program for you as an individual to allow for optimal progress and all-around awesomeness.
In your first week you’ll complete a series of movements and exercises that will inform your coach about your current abilities, any movement limitations and any injuries. From this movement screen, your coach will design your own personalised 12 week training program.
