DIME Performance training plans are all based on a 4 week cycle system designed to set you up for ongoing success and kick ass in your chosen sport.
As athlete’s progress through their training they become stronger, faster, better and conditioned, so it follows that their training programs will obviously also need to change. That’s why each 4 week cycle is built on top of the other by our coaches to allow for continuous progression week on week and month on month.
After an initial assessment, we take our athlete’s through a month-long induction period where they work with their coach 1 on 1.
During induction you will be put through your paces to complete a series of movements and exercises. Frist comes a general movement screen, followed by a range of athletic performance tests related to your particular sport.
The athletic performance testing battery will differ depending on your current level of ability, current or past injuries and sport you are involved with. These tests will help your coach quantify your current key physical strengths and any areas of weakness. Then they work up the perfect training program to take you from where you are now to where you want to be.
