Abbreviated training has been around since the old time strongman days. It is a great way to get the required work in quickly for a certain movement. Below is a sessions specifically geared towards improving the amount of weight being pushed overhead.

Intermediate/Advanced

A1) Military Press 5×5/4/3/2/1 (progressively heavier load)

B1) Push Press 3×3/2/1 (progressively heavier load)

C1) Jerk 3×1 (progressively heavier load)

In and out in half an hour.
